Editorial Policy

Our editorial purpose

CasaStore Home Finance explains mortgage mechanics, borrowing costs and consumer questions in plain English. Editorial material is designed to help readers understand the questions behind loan offers, not to promote an institution.

Research approach

We favor primary public materials such as lender disclosures, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, government program information, and standardized Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms. When lender pricing is discussed, public figures are treated as temporary examples unless independently verified with a date and assumptions.

Accuracy and uncertainty

We distinguish verified policy from general financial education, avoid presenting illustrative estimates as real quotes, and explain that underwriting outcomes vary. We do not publish fabricated borrower testimonials, guarantees or false lender endorsements.

Revisions and corrections

We may update guides when program rules or educational guidance change. Publication and modification dates are generated from the actual WordPress record. Corrections may be requested by email and are reviewed against evidence.

Editorial independence

Institutional names do not imply a relationship. If advertising or affiliate relationships are introduced, their existence should be disclosed prominently and kept separate from editorial recommendations. The site administrator must ensure live-page disclosures match any integrations that are activated.
